What is a typical workday like ?

Promotion of PCAN and related programs profile
- Ensure initial contact with companies assigned by your manager (cold calls, videoconferences, e-mails and ad hoc follow-ups)
- Pre-qualify and identify companies’ interests and redirect them to the appropriate programs and projects
- Document and feed the customer database (Customer Relationship Management/CRM system)
- Participate in all other related tasks
Business support profile
- Introduce companies to PCAN and its “Grow Your Business Online” grant, and its criteria
- Support companies in submitting their grant applications (videoconferences, e-mails and ad hoc follow-ups)
- Facilitate receipt of the “Grow Your Business Online” grant
- Participate in all other related tasks

How to qualify for this position?
- Canadian citizenship, permanent residency or refugee status under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act
- Secondary school diploma AND
- Be enrolled in a post-secondary school program or be planning to pursue post-secondary studies
OR - Post-secondary school diploma obtained less than 3 years ago
- Be enrolled in a post-secondary school program or be planning to pursue post-secondary studies
