As part of the Canada Digital Adoption Program (CDAP), the Government of Canada has partnered with the Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec (FCCQ) and the Réseau des Sociétés d’aide au développement des collectivités (SADC) and the Centres d’aide aux entreprises (CAE) to deliver the Grow Your Business Online grant to small businesses across the country.

What is a typical workday like?

You will reach out to companies assigned to you by your Senior Advisor (through virtual meetings, emails, and targeted follow-ups)

You will have to deploy your interpersonal skills to explain the program, the assistance that businesses can receive through this program and the grant application criteria

You will analyze the outcome of the diagnosis received from the companies you have contacted and propose an appropriate action plan

You will have to use your administrative skills to assist businesses with their application form and follow-up on the processing of their grant application (documents required, adjustments, etc.)

Working collaboratively with your colleagues, you will contribute to the growth of the program’s database (CRM)

Your clear understanding of the program will be helpful when completing the other tasks assigned to your role

What’s in it for you?

Full-time position:
37.5 h/week*

Part-time position:
15 h/week*

Temporary contract:
4 months or 11 months *

20 $/hour

How to qualify for this position?

The Government of Canada requires certain eligibility criteria to work on CDAP:
  • Canadian citizenship, permanent residency or refugee status under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act
  • Secondary school diploma AND
    • Be enrolled in a post-secondary school program or be planning to pursue post-secondary studies
      OR
    • Post-secondary school diploma obtained less than 3 years ago

Who will assist you?

You will be part of a team of approximately twenty (20) e‑commerce advisors and the Senior Advisor, Corporate Services will offer practical support, guidance and day‑to‑day advice.

You can also count on the support of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to all other tasks related to CDAP: grant reviewing specialists, accounting analysts, experienced administrative team and much more!
